The Creme de la Creme (Full Scale Wedding Planning) - This is our premium all inclusive comprehensive package for all things wedding planning from A-Z. Our Worry Free full scale wedding planning package is designed to provide not only peace of mind but also a premiere experience beyond your wildest imagination. This package includes everything in our Right Touch and Real Deal package plus the following additional services.
Includes:
1. Planning and coordination begins 12 - 15 months before the wedding.
2. Upto 150hrs for consulting sessions over the 12 -15 months of the planning and coordination window.
3. Requests for Proposals if required
4. Budget Preparation and Allocation
5. Contract Review Negotiation and Vendor Selection
6. Complete Decor planning and design and execution
7. Wedding Dress, Tuxedo and Wedding Party Selection, Fittings and Co-ordination
8. Upto 6 Local Site Inspection (out of town inspections and additional venues extra)

The Real Deal (Partial Wedding Planning) - This package is for the hands on couple who have started planning and desire access to our wealth of resources to execute their fairytale vision. This package can be customized and includes everything in the The Right Touch plus the following additional services.
Includes:
1. Planning coordination begins at minimum 3 months before wedding and a maxmimum 5 months
2. Upto 15hrs for consulting sessions over the 3 -5 momth1 planning coordination time frame which are allocated to

- Budget and Timeline Checklist formation
- Dedicated decor planning, styling and design
- Upto 3 Local Site Inspections (out of town inspections and additional venues extra)

The Right Touch (Month of Coordination) - For our clientele that have triumphed over the planning stage and are looking for peace of mind and assistance on the big day, our right touch package is ideal. This package is designed to ensure that all the little details are fulfilled so that you can be fully present and enjoy your momentous day worry and stress free.
Includes:
Pre- Wedding Day
1. Meet and greet and upto 3 complementary meetings and 1 site inspection four to six weeks before wedding day
2. Detailed personalized itinerary, timetable and event plan
3. Correspondence takeover will all vendors and venue three to four weeks prior to wedding day
4. 1 Rehearsal coordination attendance
5 Final Meeting seven to ten days
6 20% of Bachelor Party/ Bridal Shower if booked through us (cost additional)
Day of Wedding
- BNE Wedding SOS Kit Access
- 1 lead coordinator 1 assitant coordinator
- Complete BTS management and liaison with vendors of the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception from set-up to tear down.
